22 Feb SJ’S NEW X2000
National passenger operator SJ has awarded Idesign a contract to design the new interior of 227 X2000 high speed trains, which will be refurbished.
The work includes design of new seats, CMF, lighting design in collaboration with Professor Jan Ejhed and livery. The new design is based on a concept developed by SJ together White architects and branding agency Happy F&B. Idesign works in close collaboration with SJ’s design team. The design process involves visualization and testing the design in 3D, samples and models, from from small details up to the full-scale models to create a comfortable and attractive high-speed, which also is long-lasting.
